SWEET CORN PUDDING
4 C FROZEN CORN KERNALS (ABOUT 19 OZ.) THAWED
4 LARGE EGGS
1 C WHIPPING CREAM
1/2 C WHOLE MILK
6 T SUGAR
1/4 C (1/2 stick) BUTTER
2 T ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 t BAKING POWDER
1 t SALT
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Butter 8X8X2 inch glass baking dish. Blend all ingredients in processor until smooth.
Pour batter into dish. Bake until brown and center is just set, about 1 hour.
