are best for roasting.
2 pounds new potatoes (cut in half)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
