Sesame Almond Salad

 

Our Most Requested Recipe, ENJOY!!

1 head lettuce, torn

2 T bacon bits, or 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup chow mein noodles

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

3 oz. sliced almonds

3 T sesame seeds

1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half

Mix all above together, add dressing just before serving.

Dressing:

4 T sugar, 2 T white vinegar, 1/3 cup oil, 1/4 t pepper, 1 t salt; Mix thoroughly and refrigerate at least 2 hours.  Shake well before adding to salad.
