Slow Poke Farm's Potato Soup
| 4 cans | Chicken Broth |
| 10 cups | Potatoes, raw peeled and diced |
| 2 cups | Carrots, diced |
| 2 cups | Celery, diced |
| 2 cups | Onions, diced |
| 4 cans | Cream of Chicken soup |
| 16 ounces | Velveeta Cheese |
Pour broth in pan- Add carrots, celery, and onions.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and simmer 20
more minutes. Add Cream of Chicken soup and cut cheese into chunks, add
cheese, stir until all is melted. Enjoy!
Serve with sandwiches or cornbread for a delicious lunch.
